Residence Inn by Marriott Sacramento Cal Expo

EXCELLENT amenities. But of course the facilities is brand spanking new..Bar and public dining area is immaculate along with pool area....Love the place

Room was great! Little bit of a walk, my TV didn’t work and one of my keys didn’t either. Staff was helpful tho. Juan the service guy was very nice. Full sized fridge studio was really nice

The room was very spacious and comfortable. I had plenty of room to do my work as well as relax. The king-size bed was great. I like that there was basic cable available and I didn't have to pay extra to watch the local news or reruns just to unwind. I appreciated that Doordash could be delivered directly to my room. I give it a 4/5 rating because the shower stall door tended to slide open as I was taking a shower which was annoying. Other than that, everything else was great.

I have stayed at this hotel twice now, for work trips. Both times I was greeted with enthusiasm and professionalism. On my second trip, I had to leave before 6am to get to the Bay Area for a meeting, and the lovely ladies that were working that morning were kind enough to let me grab a quick bite to go from the buffet that was all set up, but not technically open until 6am. And they asked if I were happy with all aspects of my stay as well! Great job! Keep it up!!

Horrible customer service

The new property was conveniently located. Nice new property, clean outside fire pit and lounge area, large outdoor swimming pool. My family enjoyed the morning breakfast. The staff was very professional and friendly

It’s in an area that isn’t much..for the price it’s nice and clean.. but the beds were uncomfortable and hard. This is a huge issue

Was a nice stay ,but i do not feel it was worth the cost for 2 nights. Very expensive and wont stay there again.

Very friendly staff

Vi was soooo friendly every morning while eating breakfast. Sweet woman and even took our dishes to the kitchen every time we finished. She made sure to know the guests names and greets them every morning. The whole staff makes you feel at home!
