Great communication from the host, nice and clean and looks brand new inside. Really comfortable bed and great facilities.

Would prefer a slightly later checkout, maybe 11am.

The area seemed a bit rough and some people where shouting, swearing outside at night.

Flat was very well equipped, clean and comfy. Helen even left a few treats for the kids which was a lovely touch. Very close to the town centre and parking within an easy walking distance. Great proximity to the beach, withing 5 mins walk.

The area is a little run down and quite noisy. Looks like there is a lot of work going off to regenerate the area though
