Location is good

No hot water during day time and night... Only available in morning above 8am. And lot of masqetos in rooms. No how water for drinking as well.

Nothing

The room was unclean and it had like 15 cockroaches. The staff was unavailable when i needed them . Overall a very bad experience as i was not able to sleep for more than 2 hours.

The new staff are well-trained, respectful, and always ready to help. Really appreciated their support.Room cleaning is very important and well taken care of by the staff. Clean and pleasant stay.

The tap fittings are outdated and need rework. Maintenance should be improved.
