Prestigious Former Library Apartment - Perfect Location

Good location. Simple room. Comfortable bed.

Nail in bed. Damage jeans and my knee. But still have the worst things for ME 🚿 I hate curtains.

It's a really perfect location, the apartment is small but very cute, and it's a perfect stay if you want to spend time in the center - everything is within easy reach. It's surprisingly quiet and peaceful. Very neat shower and good arrangement of the space.

The instructions on entering the apartment turned out to be unclear and the host couldn't be reached at that point, the communication was mediocre. The bed had damaged front, with a nail sticking outside.

The paper thin mattress on a solid wooden box is super uncomfortable!!

sehr gute Lage, grundsätzlich sauber, Küche gut ausgestattet, großer Kühlschrank, interessant geschnittene Grundfläche, neues elektronisches Türschloss, sehr schönes Gebäude, viele Cafés in der Nähe, Bahnhof/Busbahnhof sehr nah, nicht weit zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten in Riga, Vermieter hat alles gut organisiert

Die Wohnung stinkt leider sehr nach kaltem Zigarettenrauch, wahrscheinlich liegt das an einer alten Matratze. Nur erträglich bei geöffneten Fenstern (in Riga im Winter unpraktisch, im Oktober ging es). Das kleine Sofa ist sehr fleckig. Es gibt kaum Ablageflächen oder einen Kleiderschrank. Bett ist selbst zusammengezimmert und etwas wacklig. Mir scheint allerdings, dass der Vermieter die Kritik, die hier geäußert wird, ernst nimmt und dann auch etwas ändert. So kann ich die Kritik über das Badezimmer nicht bestätigen, nur der Duschvorhang könnte wieder einmal getauscht werden (braun verfärbt am unteren Rand).

La ubicación sin duda, es lo que lo hace recomendable, esta muy cerca de todo. El apto minimalista y que haya ascensor.

No hubo contacto, ni respuesta a ninguno de mis mensajes. Ofrecen la posibilidad de un check in temprano, pero no contentan la solicitud. La limpieza, bueno..la colcha y el sofá muy manchados. Y solo un rollo de papel higienico, para 3 dias. La cama encajonada, es algo incomoda.
