Really nice, clean big room, big balcony, good lighting with the bedside table lights, aircon top, wifi good. A table in the room would be perfect to put some stuff. Nice area too, green rice fields around, a restaurant with pool in the rice fields nearby, two small cafés, good laundry, some supermarkets on the main road, nice owners.

Kitchen is unfortunately subpar und can defenitely increase cleanliness. Too few items to use for different guests, no cups or glasses, just one plate and two bowls to eat, cleaning utensils for dishwashing really old and dirty. I asked if that's all there is, and they said yes. Not sure why a few new items that don't cost much, such as a wooden spoon and a few cups, are not provided, if the room is advertised with kitchen. Plus if other guests don't clean up after them, you need to clean up their ish to be able to cook (yes that happened). Owners are there everyday, and while the room is really nice, the kitchen area is completely neglected. Cupboards filled with spider webs, plants with old leaves and spiderwebs, I mean, really? In the room Wifi was strong, but for me too strong to sleep well. Curtains are linen, so quite a bit of light comes in from lights outside and in the morning. Covers from the seats on the balcony could be washed. If that doesn't bother you and you just need a room to roam around Ubud and eat outside, it's a nice room with nice balcony in a nice location for a good price. Some construction was going on nearby that prolly gonna last a few months, but it wasn't too bad.
