House with all kinds of equipment that are necessary for a good stay.

They needed to change the curtains to one that blocks the light a bit, it's impossible to sleep when it starts to get light. The announcement should state that all guests' documents will need to be submitted via chat. Which is absurd, because Booking says not to do this and even so I was forced to do it, otherwise I would lose all the money due to the cancellation policy which is 100% of the value. I tried a few options, like me doing the necessary register, as the government allows this, tried WhatsApp, but they didn't care.

The photos in the ad are misleading, the house is practically a T1+1 bedroom apartment, and there is only one room with a decent bed in the accommodation. The rest are 2 terrible sofa beds, one of them in the living room.

Апартаменти знаходяться в дуже зручному місці. Навколо багато закладів де відпочити та є де погуляти. Велика тераса, підземна парковка.

Посуд був не дуже чистий. Прання сушилося на кухні.

Location, big spacius apartments

A bit noisey at night. But it was worse in the morning at 4am when the garage truck made nosie emptying bins for over 2hrs. Didn't habe a good rest because of this.

Excellent location. Big space. Terrace. Parking! Bright and cozy. Convenient communication with the host.

I'm not sure that it is cleaned at least once per quarter. A lot of dust, dirt and spider nets. I'm not looking for an operating room but it could be cleaner.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super, sehr zentral, aber ruhig.

Die Wäsche stand auf dem Balkon am Wäscheständer, diese war aber nicht von uns. Die Inneneinrichtung war okay.
