Cleanliness, location and comfort. Everything was brand new and spotless! Marco had considered guests and their needs and was available to answer any questions or give recommendations etc. Exceeded our expectations and would definitely recommend the property to any couple wishing to stay in the centre of Sassari.

The location is absolutely brilliant. A few minutes walk to Piazza Italia and all the sights (and sites!) Marco is an excellent host, very friendly and helpful.

Very hard to find fault with anything. A bit more crockery and cutlery would be welcome but is not a big deal.
