Villa Kaminaki Panorama with private pool by DadoVillas

The owner was very helpful The villa has a really nice pool area - big pool of very high quality, beautifully located and very well maintained. There are very beautiful views over the sea to Corfu Town in the distance. You can see these views from various parts of the property, including the pool, and sit down at a number of tables to enjoy the view whilst eating. It is well located (if you have a car) with a number of beautiful bays close by. Supermarkets at Kalami, about 10/15 minutes drive are recommended. There is a nice outdoor eating area, with a bbq close by.

The Internet was very very weak and 4g/5g telephone signal equally weak and sporadic. No chance of streaming anything and messages frequently delayed or failed to send. The doors close automatically behind you. The cleaners shut one of our family out of the her bedroom with her door key inside. The owner was helpful in tracking down a solution for us, (breaking through a window and repairing the next day) however we paid €50 for the cleaners error. This is because there is a 'rule' we weren't aware of - always have the keys on you in case the doors shut. It applies to all external doors, of which there are a number. Please take note. The villa was built to a very high standard in 1982, with quality marble throughout. It's showing it's age somewhat now , being quite dark, although some may argue that it's a classic and there's no doubt that a great deal of care and effort were put in. There is some road noise from the pool, although it's not overbearing and largely absent first and last thing. Some of the beds are showing their age with springs pushing through the mattress. We managed OK by swapping a couple of mattress toppers from the better mattresses and putting them on the poorer ones. The 2 coffee machines in the top kitchen didn't work, however the coffee machine in one of the downstairs bedrooms was good, so we used that.

Très belles finitions intérieures (marbre, décoré avec goût). Magnifique piscine et très belle vue. Très au calme sur un coteau planté d'oliviers. Côte sauvge de ce côté de l'ile. 3 tables à des endroits différents pour manger à l'extérieur.

The Villa is located away from the busy areas which meant you could relax and chill in the nice big pool, plenty of places to sit and it had facilities to cook and wash clothes if you wanted. We went back with no washing.

This is nitpicking, could do with two more umbrellas around the pool, there are places in the shade to sit, this would make you be able to sit by the pool when you get out.
