Very clean, modern and well stocked with soap, towels, iron, hair dryer etc. Comfortable bed and sofa. Amazing shower temperature and pressure. Hot heated towel rail so towels / clothes easily dry overnight. Great location. Shops and cafes close by. No noise from inside the building.

Shower tray is slopped due to floors in the old building, easy to get water on the floor even when being careful. Not a huge problem but hoping the apartment stays nice. Building works close by so a little noisy in the mornings but didn’t disturb us sleeping and to be expected in a city.

Bra läge med spårvagn (t ex till/från flygplatsen) och bussar nära. Restauranger, café'er och pubar nära. Lagom promenad till Old town och slottet. Lugnt och tyst utanför. Stort kylskåp samt frys.

Kuddarna var något för stora. Dörrkoden till rummet fungerade inte - hamnade hos telefonsvarare när vi ringde kontakt-numret. Dock så gav vi ett röstmeddelande och boendet ringde tillbaks efter bara någon minut. Tänk på att det är trappor utan hiss om ni har problem med det.

This place could have been great if it had a proper management company behind it, but unfortunately it does not, and that completely ruins the experience for customers. We tried to contact the property several times via email, WhatsApp and phone to ask whether we could leave one piece of luggage in the apartment for a couple of hours after checkout, as our train was later in the day and we were travelling with two young children. No one responded. Eventually, we asked the cleaner, who told us it was fine and confirmed that she had contacted the property. However, when we returned to collect our luggage, the access code had been changed without any notice. We were unable to get back into the apartment and, as a result, we missed our train home. After many calls with Booking.com, the property finally replied and were extremely rude, simply saying that we had broken their rules. There was no understanding, no apology, and no support whatsoever. All we had asked for was to leave one piece of luggage for a couple of hours after a very early 10am checkout, especially considering check-in is not until 4pm. In all the places we have stayed across the world, we have NEVER experienced such a lack of basic customer care. Most properties are usually happy to help with something as simple as luggage, especially when families are travelling with children. The property presents itself as a luxury stay, but the customer service was shocking...worse than what you would expect from a very basic hostel. A beautiful apartment is not enough when there is no communication, no assistance, and no one available when a problem arises. Companies like this need to understand that customer service is just as important as the property itself. If a guest has an issue or an emergency during their stay, they should not be completely abandoned. A shocking experience from start to finish. AVOID!!

Excellent location. Beautiful apartment. Easy to use. Great facilities in the apartment. Nice touch to leave some coffee, biscuits, etc. Welcome book very good and useful, however needs updating. Overall very good.

Would have benefited from another lounge chair, as a bit tight for 4 people. Also for 4 people would be useful to have more than 2 rolls of toilet paper and maybe an extra couple of towels in the cupboard. Although we enjoyed our stay, we thought the price was a little high. These added touches would’ve made a difference.

Es war eine tolle Unterkunft. Ruhig gelegen, aber in 2Minuten annder Princess Street. Sehr zu empfehlen

The location was very accessible, walkable distance to almost all major attractions. The room was spacious, neat and tidy.

The wifi was very slow and almost all times not accessible. Lastly, though all amenities were provided, it was not enough or not refilled including garbage liners, tissue roll etc.

Wir waren super zufrieden mit dieser Unterkunft und haben uns diese 5 Tage sehr wohl gefühlt. Unsere Unterkunft lag im Keller und wir hatten somit eine kleine Terrasse. Wir können über nichts meckern und waren sehr zufrieden.
