4 INDIVIDUAL BEDROOMS

TINY en suite bathrooms. double Bed bedroom en suite: electric shower was not woking; water leak running under vanity unit created a wet floor AND AWFUL smell of damp (so not a new problem) which permeated throughout the property. Neighbours appear to enjoy smoking a lot of weed most of the time we were there so some of the damp smell is at least masked! owners tried on more than occasion to have payment made outside of the Booking.com system - this required numerous communication (emails and telephone calls) from me to Booking.com to seek reassurance that our booking was safe and secure. VERY Stressful. Owners assertion that 'they didn't know how Booking.com worked' didn't really cut it and just added to the anxiety that this was an elaborate scam. thankfully it wasn't but nonetheless totally unnecessary.
