Apartment looks nice overall, good kitchen area and good location within Putrajaya. Parking slot spacious.

Dirty dirty dirty. A lot of dust into the ceiling fans, kitchen appliances with spider and spider webs. All the rooms were dusty, with hair in the beds. During the night, one of the rooms were completely taken over by insects/ants on the bed, mold on the walls and we could not use the bedroom. This is unacceptable as it is not a cheap option, so it is not a good value for money. We paid for a 3-bedroom unit but could not use one of them.
