"Was very disappointed in how the facility is being fixed."

The staff was pleasant.

The bed seem to be broke on one side. There was a whole in the door. The room smell like cigarettes and there was no shower curtains in the bathroom. This was my anniversary weekend and we did not get a good room for the occasion. It really messed my whole weekend up. Could have just stayed home. I spend a lot of money at this hotel over the years. I think it might be time to find a new one.

Staff was friendly. The breakfast for good and breakfast staff was outstanding.

Our suite wasn’t as clean as we would like and we had a problem with the bathroom.

I loved the room set up of the suite and the style. Hotel was clean and breakfast was good.

The bathroom commode is too low. There is nothing to grab onto to lift up. The mattress also lifted while sitting on the sides. Other than those things, everything was great. Also had never seen a window unit AC in a hotel. But it worked fine.
