We waren hier 1 nacht ivm een vroege ochtendvluchr. Het hotel ligt in een veilige buurt met voldoende restaurants en op loopafstand van een park en een grote mall. De kamer is ruim, comfortabel met zeer goed bedden. Ook het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam,

"Picasso is a great hotel to stay in Manila!"

Location of the hotel is excellent. All the staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. The room was a nice size, good bathroom and great rain shower. The gym was in good shape as well.

Unfortunately, the gripes are about Booking.com. Due to the issues in the middle east I had to adjust my travel plans. This meant I needed to move my booking later by a day. Booking.com wanted to charge me almost the same amount as the original booking as an additional fee. The hotel couldn't help because is was a Booking.com booking. I ended up having to book an additional night at additional cost to me.

"Perfect accommodation!"

Loved the location within walking distance to a park and multiple very good restaurants. The room was big, spotlessly clean and the bed and linen ultra comfortable. The staff are cheerful, helpful and fluent in English.

Some rooms need updating. In my stay last year (the third time) I was told that I am only allowed to have one guest in my room.

Proper en netjes

We logeerden er twee nachten bij het begin van onze reis doorheen de Filipijnen en een nacht op het einde van onze reis. Na de tweede nacht moesten we om 07u vertrekken naar het vliegveld. De keuken was pas open op 07u en het was onmogelijk om een ontbijtpakket klaar te maken, hoewel we voor een ontbijt betaald hadden. Onbegrijpelijk ! Bij ons laatste ontbijt vroeg ik twee extra sneetjes toast en prompt kreeg ik de rekening gepresenteerd … voor twee stukjes toast… stel je voor. Voor het betalen van twee koffies betaalde ik 700 php, en kreeg geen geld terug… samengevat: ontvangen is prioriteit, service naar de klant toe is iets anders!
