立地もよく、室内も広く、キッズスペースもあった。

ロビーが20階なのが分かりにくかった。

Housekeeping was fabulous, very clean hotel, fantastic attention to detail from the concierge, reception staff and housekeeping. The property is in a good location, just a few minutes walk away from the subway stations and some of Seouls main attractions. Had a beautiful view of Namsan tower from our room - we were only on the 11th floor but as you can see from the photo, beautiful views. Plenty of halal uzbek cuisine places round the back, and lots of convenience stores a stones throw away.

The property is small. We were luckily upgraded from a double room to a queens room and that was really small. But I think that’s common in East Asia, it was expensive but worth it for a comfortable stay. One thing I’d suggest is potentially upgrading the TVs in the rooms. It’s a 5* hotel but the channel selection is extremely poor, and there’s no smart features on the tv so you can’t even connect your Netflix. I think it would elevate the guest experience if there were smart features for the tv. Additionally, housekeeping changed our slippers everyday which we found wholly unnecessary, maybe to help the environment - don’t change the slippers daily? Other than that, great place to stay.

The location is great, near shops and food options. Also close to the DDP. The breakfast is also great

This is the third time I have stayed at this property. This time the property was a little older and the room showed it. There was a painted divide on the wall that was odd.

Loved the rooftop pool and hot tub. Great location. Definitely more of an international (Western style) hotel so has a big room and bed and good room service.

Large comfortable beds, great breakfast with many choices, superb location, very close to the metro, and walking distance to many attractions

Outdoor rooftop swimming pool, quite restricted hours, closes at 5.50, just the time visitors want to have a dip after a day of sightseeing, I found this disappointing. Plus no drinks were allowed upstairs, although there was a bar alongside the pool area (closed the whole time we stayed)

部屋に時計がなかったのが不便でした。 私が滞在した部屋だけ？ もしくは、ホテルのコンセプト？
