"Sweet service staff who went the extra mile"

The staff went above and beyond to make the stay special. Eddie at the front desk helped us check in our luggage when we arrived early (room wasn't ready yet) and pointed us to the correct metro line while Eric Yu who eventually did the check-in arranged a wonderful chocolate cake for us which was so yummy, as well as complimentary drinks at the bar to make our honeymoon special! Feel so blessed to be well taken care of by every front desk staff even till the check out, when I needed help arranging luggage transfer to my next hotel in Busan!

Hotel was more pricey, although they did allow payment at the hotel premises rather than demanding pre-payment like other listings on booking.com. Room pillows could be more fluffy and the wall of the bathroom for the basin mirror side could be rolled away, which was a bit shocking. Was worried the room would get wet if the bath door wasn't closed properly as there was no bathroom floor demarcation from the rest of the room!
