Pas de wifi, le parking privé se trouvait en deux arbres non matérialisé. Appartement sommaire et vieillot. Aucune luminosité due à des travaux de ravalement non mentionnés sur le descriptif. Les photos ne reflètent pas la réalité. Prix non justifié. De plus, la propriétaire s'est introduite dans le logement le lendemain matin a 9:30 sans taper à la porte au préalable sachant que le check out était à 10:00. A éviter

Very close to station, clean. Timely response to messages

No WiFi, no natural light, no view, the place is a building site, the 'garden' is rubble. The description has not been updated to be honest about the current condition of the building. The whole exterior is wrapped in scaffolding & dusty rags as if it was mummified. Work starts early in the morning. The "garden" is a building site, it's all rubble & machines. You're not allowed to open your shutter blind or touch the window due to falling dust & debris, so there is no natural light and only a little ventilation. Worst of all there's no WiFi. I was assured this had only just happened, but when I looked through reviews afterwards I saw that this problem has been noted in March & April... it may be intermittent but don't rely on having WiFi. When I complained that the property was not as described & about the lack of WiFi her response was: "Let me give you a little gift….. can you open the Windows of you like!" Personally I think the offer of immediate free cancellation would have been more appropriate. If I had been given an honest description of the place I might still have booked - without complaint - as it is so close to the station. But lack of WiFi would have been a deal-breaker for me, it was an utter nuisance & I was just glad I'd had the caution not to book my full 5 days there. I stayed the two nights I'd booked moved to another place which was cheaper and much nicer!

-Communications with the proprietor were friendly, prompt and helpful, and I was very grateful for the special trouble taken to show me where I could freely and safely park my minibus overnight, very close to the apartment. -The location of the apartment is very central indeed, almost adjacent to the station and a very short walk to the old centre, shops, restaurants etc. -Very quiet (on a Saturday night.) -Very comfortable mattress, decent pillows, nice spacious room. -Clean, spacious, shared bathroom.

-Although I can understand why owners may feel the need for it, you are greeted here by an awful lot of rules to respect and requests not to do things - rather more than usual!! -There is external building work going on that currently restricts use of the windows (which need to be kept shut on working days) and window blinds (ditto, restricting natural light in the room). This may bother/disappoint some people if not forewarned of the issue. (I don't believe there is any warning of this in the property details or if there is I overlooked it.) -When I was there the WiFi was also unfortunately down, due to the building work. I don't know how temporary the issue was destined to be. (I consequently just bought a one-week 1GB eSIM for £2.50 to resolve the problem of my free roaming data running out. It was a solution that only worked because I luckily still had a tiny bit of data left on the phone anyway, to search for, buy and install the sim..!)
