"Good and affordable stay if you are not too fussy."

Ground floor, cleanliness, location, easy check in/ out, helpfull owner.

The house feels too basic. It is time to change the old furnitures (bed, cupboard, sofa etc). Improves/ tweak/ modernizes the house ambiences and you might able to increase your rental.
