Basic facilities like water was not readily available. Hotel owner charged me more than the price shown on app. TV/AC was there but there was no remote as such.

"Cokroches running all around and extremely dirty room"

Nothing....there were cockroches everywhere running around

Room was extremely dirty and duvets were soiled badly. Towel was torn and complimentary water they provided was from kitchen sink and not bottled one. They charged GST twice on same amount. Flush in toiled did not work properly. Terrible experience.
