Nice and clean apartment, close to the city centre. The host is very friendly and helpful, he always responded quickly when we needed help. Had a great time there!

Simon was there to help us every step of the way and did everything to accommodate us and our little one. The apartment itself is located centrally in a nice historic building. It has access to elevator. It is spacious, designed with much gusto, spotlessly clean and has everything one could need for a short (or long) term stay. There was nothing more we could have asked for, and on top of that, Simon brought us a bottle of Lambrusco wine as a welcome gift! :)

We couldn't find any negative, however hard we tried.

We had an amazing time in Bologna at this beautiful, historic apartment. Simone, our host, was incredible and made us feel like friends visiting. His apartment is spacious, comfortable and well-equipped for a short or long stay. The location couldn't be better - right in the heart of everything but yet very peaceful and quiet at night. Pretty much all the restaurants and attractions you could want to see are within easy walking distance. He arranged for a private pickup from the bus station on our arrival, to the airport the morning of our departure, and even picked us up from the train station after our daytrip to Venice and in the evening after a dinnertime cooking class we took. He was very responsive with any questions we had during our stay and was so patient when our cooking class ran late. The apartment is great, but Simone made our week a great experience. Don't hesitate to book!

I'd really be stretching to find fault with this place. We've stayed in a lot of vacation rentals, and this was one of our favorites.

The location was perfect - centrally located right in the heart of the old town. All the sights to see and shopping was right around the corner. The host, Simone, went above and beyond with help for any issue. Even working with us to get to our next location when there was an unexpected train strike. The apartment was spacious and beautifully appointed, yet felt like a home, not a museum. Waters and even Lambrusco in the fridge!

Frankly speaking there were no strong negatives in the apartment. I can't think of anything that I found disappointing. The only issue I mentioned to the owner was that the furniture was all very beautiful would and there should be more protection to be comfortable putting something on a table.

This apartment is one of the most beautiful of the many apartments I’ve stayed in over years of coming to Europe. Communication was great with the hosts. Simon was a delight to deal with even arranging to take me to the train station in the rain.

Breakfast was not expected or included. The location was excellent! A few minutes walk to Piazza Maggiore and approximately one million places to eat!!! The suite is tastefully furnished and feels like home. It was well stocked with silverware, serving plates, cooking ware, glassware etc. Washing machine and dishwasher were also much appreciated. Simone was a great host and responded to all our questions and provided great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Would definitely stay there again!!

Not really anything to complain about... About the only thing we didn't like was that our week there ended too soon!!

Quiet, clean, spacious, centrally located. Great laundry unit, shower and fully stocked kitchen, comfortable bed.
