A lovely apartment in a good area.

I accidentally found myself in this apartment. But I was completely delighted with the accommodation and the attitude of the owner. All at the highest level. Stunning location, the Basilica is directly visible from the window and added its own special atmosphere, especially early in the morning Morning with Real Italian coffee and ringing bells☺️ Also tea, sweets, red wine, water. Air conditioning system in both the bedroom and living room. Nice renovation. Tastefully furnished. The photo still does not convey this. Piazza Maggiore is just 5 minutes away. Large supermarket, pharmacy right next to the house. Cesari restaurant and tavern nearby They added a bright chord to my stay, along with the wine collection 😃 And I would especially like to highlight the attentive, kind attitude of the owner. Simon tries very hard to make sure everything is clear and he does it great 😎👍👍 I travel a lot and I definitely have something to compare with. In general, everything is very cool! Once again I was convinced that everything is always for the better. And that Italy is always like the first time, even if it’s the twentieth. 😀 My love and inspiration.🇮🇹❤️☺️☺️

I loved the position in the city, and the flat looked better than photos! If you want to feel you a te in italy, sleep well and have everything at your doorstep this is the place! There was all kind of tools if you want to cook there, although didn't use any of it. Nice bedroom, in general style feels classic but with bright light in the flat. Feels very very nice. The owner of the flat has been extremely nice and flexible in letting me stay extra time for my check out. I did appreciate this a lot. I look forward to go back if I Bologna! I feel that you could arrange a possibility to self check in without having someone waiting for you, felt sorry for the person waiting for me!

Only thing bathroom is quite close to kitchen so doesn't feel very private with that door, but it's a minor thing. There should be more of a female touch. Remove certain decors that feels dated and add maybe some nice toiletries for guests rather than leave used ones from previous customers. Perhaps add an extra pair of towels. But are minor things, I really loved my stay here!

Parking is expensive in the area if you have a car, as it’s a limited traffic area
