Very dirty,garbage broken glass in parking area,tv did not work,toilet ran nonstop,screaming early in the morning from people living in the hotel,bad smell

The location.

Door keys only half worked. We couldn't use the fridge becasue all of ice built up. Curtains half close and they were dirty. One of them was too short to close properly.

Typical breakfast buffet; good, affordable location for attending U Michigan graduation weekend (if you rent a car - about 25 minute drive). Bed was comfortable.

General cleanliness and maintenance. Stained towel in room, broken drapes, broken tile in bathroom. Hallway needs vacuuming. No housekeeping to room during our stay.
