Door key didn’t work n staff in the morning WAS HORRIBLE

Close to family. Staff was nice

I’m sorry to say that the room was not a clean room. When we first went in we had to get someone to vacuum because it had not been done also there was no hand soap. There was left in the hallway dirty laundry for two days. There was back door was not kept locked or secured anyone could have come in and out of the hotel. The hallway smelled of weed and smoke. People were smoking right at the front entrance when we got there. NOT GOOD I have lung issues and walking through a smoke screen was not good for me.

That it is affordable and the staff is nice. I did the reservation online.

The room wasn't vacuumed, the sheets on one bed was stained, the pillowcase was clean, the air vents was dirty, I had to disinfectant myself the second night. Stayed three nights cause I didn't want to move to another hotel with my twin's and it was cold. As well as second night I saw a roach, that's what made me disinfectant the room myself and try to vacuum but the vacuum didn't work. The toilet wasn't clean. The only thing good for breakfast was the waffles. No meat's, no eggs, no orange juice as machine said. Pop's in pop machine is too high. $3.00 for one 20oz and $1.50 for a can pop. I didn't eat breakfast. I ate out. I see why this hotel is rated a 3 star. The TV on second and third night kept losing signal and coming back in on a different channel than I had it on when the signal got lost. The room key's kept getting inactive. The room was dusty. I had to wipe vents. They also didn't have too much clean towels and they was stained bad even after washed.

The manager was nice enough to let me check three rooms unfortunately all the rooms were dirty

all the rooms were dirty, hideous never cleaned carpets and poor lighting. Bodily stains on bed sheets, shower curtain and wall. Total nightmare!! The couches on the three rooms were as if they picked it up from street dirty.
