No room service. No drinking water was provided throughout the stay. No toiletries were also provided.

"The room was not cleaned, and the bedsheets and towels had not been replaced due to the unavailability of laundry services. The bathroom had insects crawling around, and the door was damaged at the corner, with broken pieces left scattered on the floor. Additionally, both the mini fridge and the TV, though connected, were not in working condition." Overall the worst experience I have ever had through booking.com

Absolutely nothing - booking this property put our entire family in a devastating situation and made us almost homeless in Pondicherry - AVOID AT ALL COST

Despite having received all confirmations from both Booking and the property, the property decided to sell our rooms to other people.. When we arrived they claimed they tried to contact us which they did not (we checked phone, emails etc.) Apart from that, this booking was CONFIRMED on Booking.com without the possibility to cancel for both the guests and the property. When we reached we were informed that they decided to double book and said "this is completely normal in Pondicherry". We ended up not finding any acommodation in Pondicherry (we were 6 people) and had to move our holiday to a different town, destroying the holiday for our family and being very costly. This experience has impacted my trust in Booking.com - I always assumed that "confirmed without option to cancel" means exactly that. DO NOT TRUST THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO SLEEP ON THE STREET

The location was good, a 10 minute walk to Serenity Beach. The pool was perfect for a refreshing dip. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. Quiet in the evening. Good restaurant round the corner, Rani Mess. Great for breakfast and evening meals. Space to park scooter securely.

They don't do breakfast, but they will buy it in for you. No dinning area, and the room is too small to eat in, so it's probably best to go, room only.
