Property was exactly as pictured, and truly lovely. The interiors of all rooms were perfect, and super clean! Having such a well equipped kitchen was a bonus, as it made our meal times much easier. Overall the property was great, and we will definitely recommend! Communication with hosts was also super efficient, friendly and helpful and they were very accommodating to us.

You should look at sorting out the hob over the cooker and in the gap in the attic room. Some dust and bits of brick fell into our pots while cooking because the hob hood gap is badly finished. Same problem in the attic. Also, left over beer bottle found in the garden

Very good location - nice neighbourhood close to Lark Lane and St Michael's train station so easy to get around.

The house wasn't really comfortable for our group (7 adults and 2 children). The dining table only seats 6 comfortably and 7 at a push so we couldn't sit together at dinner. The second bathroom is inside of the of bedrooms so, in effect, most of us were sharing just one bathroom. One of the bedrooms is in the eaves and there was barely enough headroom to lie down in the bed. On top of these problems, the house hadn't been very well cleaned for our arrival. The shower wasn't draining and, on inspection, the drain was full of hair. The back yard had an ashtray on the wall but the ground beside it was full of cigarette ends and the crockery had to be washed before we could use it.
