Location is good but the rest is a nightmare.

This is the first time among many bookings where the rating and reality didn’t match. - when we checked in our room was extremely dirty and had to ask for a proper clean up. - This property doesn’t provide hot water and you have to buy hot water from the cafe inside the hotel. I have never been to a hotel / accommodation where they refuse to provide hot water. - Staffs are merely useless. Not friendly, don’t want to offer any help and won’t even provide proper information. - Rooms is very old and paint is peeling off from the wall. Mattress is one of the worst we have slept in. - They will not provide remote for the aircon, so you either be happy with the temp they have preset or don’t use aircon! - Bathroom commode is shaky. Not recommended at all.

הגענו לביצוע הצ׳ק אין ושילמנו- דרשו תוספת 10% על התשלום שלא הופיעה בשום מקום ולא היה כתובה בהזמנה ... אחרי ששילמנו היתה נציגה בקבלה שאמרה לנו שנקבל חדר (זול יותר מה שהזמנו ושילמנו עליו ממש כמה דקות לפני- לא ברור למה היא לא אמרה את זה שלפני ששילמנו וחייבה אותנו בהתאם לחדר שהיא טענה שפנוי שמחירו היה זול יותר) כי החדר שהזמנו לא זמין כרגע כי הכל תפוס התווכחנו איתה ממש ובסוף קיבלנו את החדר שהזמנו אבל היא היתה ממש לא נחמדה וזה לקח הרבה זמן, לא ברור למה בכלל זה קרה.... היה מלא עובש בחדר הרחצה :(

La ubicación para visitar la ciudad está genial. Céntrico, muchas cafeterías y muchos restaurantes cerca. Muy bien.

En la Habitación Doble Superior había mucho moho en el techo del baño, justo encima de la ducha. Había que cerrar la puerta del baño porque sino olía toda la habitación. Además no funcionaba el wifi.

Très bon emplacement.

Il manque vraiment des toilettes à chaque étage. Il y a seulement une seule douche avec wc… et environ 6 chambres ! Faites le calcule 12 personnes avec un seul wc il a fallu attendre pour trouver le bon créneau pour se laver et aller au wc.

The staff we were really lovely and friendly. The room itself was huge and tidy, and the shower was nice and hot unlike a lot of places in Peru.

The beds are really soft which we found a little uncomfortable to sleep in. The included breakfast from the adjoining cafe was not impressive at all. In particular one staff member who works there was so distracted by his phone, we heard the food bell go five times, he just totally ignored it. Our food came out cold, and it wasn’t very good anyways on any of the days. The air conditioning in the room wasn’t great as it was really far from the beds so it took ages to cool down.
