No aircon up stairs, fans that are provided for the two top rooms were not cool enough.

No air conditioning in the top level, very hot even with a fan. Also, no washing machine and dryer. It will be nice to have one.

Everything was amazing expect the top level holds way to much heat and the fans were not enough. My baby was not able to sleep in the bed as it was to hot even with 3 fans going… you should look into a heat pump for the top level it should be an essential especially in the summer.
