Leider muss ich eine schlechte Bewertung geben. Die Wohnung ist mit Pool angeboten. Wir kamen am 9. Oktober. Erst am SELBEN Tag informierte mich der Vermieter, dass der Pool leider repariert wird und während unseres Aufenthalts nicht fertig werden könnte. Als wir ankamen bemerkten wir, dass die Situation schon über einen Monat so ist und noch lange andauern wird! Diese Information hat der Vermieter jedoch bis zum Tag unserer Anreise zurück gehalten. Selbstverständlich konnten wir dann nichts mehr ändern, auch wenn der Vermieter die Stornierung und letztlich einen Preisnachlass angeboten hat. Wir hätten uns nur deutlich früher eine andere Unterkunft suchen können, nicht am Tag der Anreise. Das empfinde ich als extrem unfair. Die Wohnung selbst ist auch sehr abgewohnt, die Spülung rinnt, es riecht nach Kanal, das Sofa ist verdreckt. Die Lage ist sehr gut, am Beginn der Waterfront, aber das Verhalten des Vermieters in Bezug auf den Pool hat uns sehr geärgert.

We Prefer the owner providing more than 1 key with lift card access. 2 rooms in the apartment usually divided to 2 groups. It will be more easier and organise to customer.

AUThe views and responsiveness of the host. Spectacular views of the river from the property. Location is excellent to walk and enjoy what Kuching has to offer.
The building and facilities requires maintenance as the building is getting old.
