Charming 2Bed French Colonial Apartment in Desirable Midtown Sacramento

Centrally located nice walking distance into the centre with lots of restaurants and bars in the area , Roots smokehouse a pleasant stroll along the street. Would definitely recommend staying here.

It was a good size for the 4 of us, lots of light. Enjoyed the balcony as we drank coffee. Air conditioning worked great! Close to where we were volunteering. Roger communicated very well. It was a quiet neighborhood and we appreciated having parking as well.

It was mentioned by a couple staying with us it had a cat litter smell not sure what they use for an air freshener but a change would be good. The tub/shower was a bit high stepping in and out, if your young no problem . Other than that it was a great place to stay. 😁

The potpourri smell was a but strong for my liking, but I opened the windows and it cleaned out easy.

This Airbnb was great ❣️ it has so much character, we enjoyed our stay soo much and we will be booking again when we return to Sacramento, they have everything you need @ the home.. and the neighborhood was nice and quiet

The location was awesome, extremely quiet and pretty central to everything. We even took a scooter ride to Old Town. The place is decorated cute.

Parking was a little rough but there are worse things.

The house is clean and got everything you need, I mean everything! Bed was comfortable, loved the kitchen area, living room, overall it was a great stay.

soundproofing is not the best. Not a big deal it’s overall a quite area.
