Check in was the most difficult process I have ever experienced. Language barrier was a big problem, security won’t let you in until you’ve checked in through an app you need to download which didn’t work initially and when it finally did it didn’t recognise the username name or password provided. Then when you finally get past the security gate, somehow manage to get the app working you are greeted but another security guard and an office worker seeking a 300,000 rp deposit. All this for what is a really basic room which isn’t even comfortable. Avoid this place if you want a simple, comfortable and relaxing stay.
