綺麗だった。 案外普通で拍子抜けしたが、受付も合理的でスムーズだった。

宿泊階しか停まらないエレベーターだったので、自動販売機が利用できなかった。

I was quite disappointed to arrive at the hotel after reading so many positive reviews regarding the cleanliness of the hotel, to be greeted with a stain directly underneath the pillow on the sheets & stains / splashes of something on every wall & surface inside the room. We tried cleaning the surfaces ourself with no luck. On a positive note, The staff were very friendly & the dinosaurs were a fun experience.

sometimes there was a weird smell from the toilet room ventilation.

スタッフさんの対応は素晴らしいです 朝食バイキングの時のスタッフさんは少し わかりにくくて素っ気なかったですけど 他の方が良かったので。 お部屋のトイレとお風呂のセパレートは良かったです。

部屋の壁紙のノリなのか 汚れなのかは分かりませんが 白い壁が 汚れていたこと。 あとは お部屋をハリウッドツインで依頼していたのに 普通のツインになっていました。 私が到着するまでに もう1人が先に着いていて 使用していたため 何も言いませんでしたが とても残念でした。 楽しみにしていたものでしたから… 朝食は もう少し種類があったら嬉しいかな？って思いました。

服務人員態度親切友善，房間乾淨舒適，離車站近，有機會會再去住，櫃臺恐龍太可愛了

This place was awesome! It is super cute to walk in to dinosaurs doing the check in and check out. I had a small issue at check in and the staff came out very quickly. Everyone was super helpful. The hotel was very clean. We opted for the breakfast there. It was very good! It had plenty of options for both food and drink. The location is amazing! It was so easy to get anywhere since the station is only a few bocks away. Easy to walk to Kyoto Tower and some of the other popular spots. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Honestly, it was a great stay. I can't think of anything I didn't like.
