City centre lovely Apartment with the Cheapest Overnight Parking

The pub across the road got a bit rowdy between 10pm-3am.

The flat was very dirty and was smelly. Toilets were very dirty too. The corridors are all smelly too. Should not be actually allowed to rent this property.

I am using booking for a lot of years and I believe this is the first time I am making public commentary about a place I’ve been. Starting with the check in I was asked to send a photo of my passport or/and driving license. This was never mentioned in any of the bookings and I have never asked for any other property to do. Secondly, the check in time wasn’t respected. Says 3pm in the booking and I received a text saying the property won’t be ready before 4pm because they were cleaning. In this case I don’t how my baby was completely grimy after crawling for a few minutes. Floor was completely dirty and there was dust, black hair and debris everywhere. When we were finally preparing for bed time, we have 2 other disappointments: both beds were really uncomfortable and we could fell each spring into our body. The shower was leaking and shower area was also dirty. As a final point, I was asking to extend the check out time in one hour, and as a response they asked how was my stay (like were conditioning to extend if I was complaining about anything) and I didn’t receive a response on time (they replied after 1pm when I was already out of the property). They were conditioning the extension based on the review of the property. This was part of the message they’ve sent it to me: “Please kindly give us an Excellent 10 Star review, we will give an excellent 10 star review too before its get expired.” I am sorry, but I cannot give even 5 stars when their I am comparing this property to others. The minimal thing expected in a place is: good bed, good shower and a clean place. Any of these items you can’t find there.

The apartment was just perfect for our stay in Leicester. Great value for money . WiFi worked perfect and lovely and warm in apartment. Location was great and handy for everything. Would definitely stay there again.
