The basic facilities were very unsatisfied, the hot water was almost cold for both days that we stayed, the heating sistem was not adjusted properly for the cold whether in November and was cold in the room, the owners didn't want to adjust the temperature properly. The mattresses of the beds were hard and uncomfortable to sleep on it. The toilet was broken and the flush button was not working properly making unpleasant noise all night long.

The location was very easy to find, the address showed up accurately in Waze navigation. The owner, Cosmina was expecting us and although she didn't speak English we could easily communicate the simple things with hands and feet, and used Google translate for few extra stuff. The room was very nice, everything as per the description. Spotless clean. There's mosquito net on the balcony door, so bugs stay outside. I could park the car in the yard, gate is a bit narrow but nailed backing out the first try. Very proud of myself haha. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Cosmina was really kind and helpful and easily reachable via phone. Everything was top.

Small thing that may be improved: the balcony door has glass inserts and there's no courtain or blinds, so the room gets lit up early on summer mornings.
