HKWe didn't even make it and had to book other accommodation.
The location map and the address say Hoshina, but the actual location - which I only found out after paying - is over an hour away. I was very dissatisfied with the company's response as they are giving out incorrect information and still haven't done anything about it. As we had already paid and couldn't find another house on short notice, we changed our plans in Hakuba to go to s-villa. We got stuck in snow and couldn't reach the house and had to dig the car out. It was incredibly stressful and we had 4 nights of accommodation to book alternate places last minute. I hope they change the location so it's correct and no one else has a bad experience. Hope this message helps others not ruin their trips! Good luck.
JPEven though we were only the for a while,it was a beautiful Cabin with plenty of space. They go the extra mile in providing everything you need to have a comfortable stay.
There are 2 things- 1- It is not located where it is stated on Booking.com. In fact the Cabin is 1hour 15 mins away from that location. 2.Someone left an open can of fuel in the cabin. The fumes were everywhere. It wasn’t save to stay there. The only night we were suppose to stay there we couldn’t and had to book accommodation somewhere else.
