The hosts Paola and Maurizio are very kind and aprochable. The appartment is perfect for two adoults and two children in very calm area 1.2km from astonishing town centre of Lucca. There is air condition in every room. The appartment is very clean. The value for money is 200% garantead. No flies no moscitos in the middle of the summer. Quiet area and easy to go around with car, foot or bikes that Paola and Maurizio have offered to us. One of the nicest appartments we booked so far. Thank you again. Erik with family

Very helpful and nice hosts. The appartment is new and very lovely. We can only recommend the place when you stay in lovely Lucca. We will for certain come back.

This wonderful apartment is outside the city in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. We loved everything about it, the comfort and decor, the balcony with its flowers, and the view of the mountains. The hosts were lovely. They provided bikes which were a wonderful addition since Lucca is a perfect biking town. I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent place, one of the best we ever had. Beautifully designed and equipped with all necessary equipment. Perfectly clean. Wonderful and helpful host who provided us with all important information and precious suggestions. Short distance to shopping area and city centre.

Everthing was good, nothing to complain.

The property is excellent value for money and we highly recommend for travellers particularly with young children!!! The beautiful hosts gave us a perfect welcome - a quick tour of the newly renovated apartment and facilities and how to best get around town and see the best of Lucca with clear maps laid out for us and also sent via WhatsApp. They even left us some wine! They went above and beyond for our toddler. There was a rail for the single bed and they even thought to take the ladder away from the top bunk to remove the danger of her climbing. There was a highchair and some toys and if we’d needed it, a cot or bassinet. Exceptionally clean and very comfortable bed. Fantastic kitchen for cooking. Washing machine and dryer. Access to bikes was included with infant seat. Inside the walled part of the city was a 1km walk or ride that was flat. Large Supermarket was 500m away. Lift access to the apartment and secure parking.

We were extremely happy with the location which offered great value, but some may like to be within the walled part of the city.
