Confort - extra large towels - great shower

Great position, lovely decor, good shower and tv.

For people walking the VF it would be good to have some basic supplies- oil, vinegar, salt and pepper and a little more in the way of utensils. Breakfast basic and not as good as in other similar properties. Hot tub seems unnecessary, given additional cost.

We booked this accommodation at short notice, we arrived in a thunderstorm with touring bikes. booking.com had screwed up where we were supposed to be staying and did the same thing here. Thankfully the host was absolutely brilliant. He opened up extra facilities for us that fully met our requirements. He let us store our bikes securely and he is a genuinely nice, humerous friendly person. In the morning he made sure that our bikes were readily available for us and wished us well for our onward journey. Things could have gone much worse, thanks to the poor systems of booking.com, thankfully there are nice, helpful people, like our host, who seem happy to help.

The weather could have been better...

Very central, easy parking close by and very warm reception from the host. Well appointed, comfortable rooms and abundant hot water in the shower.

Only slight disappointment was UHT milk instead of fresh for one’s coffee in the morning. Otherwise excellent.

Conveniently located and easy to find. Beautiful and spacious apartment. Three bedrooms, one and a half bathrooms. Full, well equipped kitchen.

Advertised as including breakfast. Host left packaged dry toast, jam, and coffee. Some fruit, pastries, and yogurt would have been better.

A modern Jewel in the middle of Acquapendente! A fantastic, affordable accommodation on the Via Francigena. Fantastic hosts! Great coffee machine!

Everything was perfect.

Beautiful apartment. Walking the via, a perfect place to relax. Restaurants and shops nearby. Loved how the apartment was decorated, every detail was perfect.

We loved everything, especially the cabinetry. Beautiful color.
