Hotel Casa Arena

The central location, proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops. We especially appreciated the fantastic staff.

The location can be noisy at night, but this wouldn’t deter our staying here again.

There are a couple of bars nearby that can be noisy. Obviously the hotel has no control over this.

staff was wonderful, so kind and patience with my terrible spanish.

The location was in the heart of downtown, right by the malecon, shopping and restaurants. The proprietress was super nice and helpful, even with through our language barriers. The room was clean, comfortable with a balcony, seating, ac and fan, refrigerator and counter space.

The water pressure wasn't strong in the shower, but adequate. no outside handle on the balcony sliding door, opening by pressing on glass to slide.

I had a hard time sleeping. I didn’t realize being in the Centro would mean noise from live music in bar outside until 2 am. It is not the fault of the hotel.
