Modern apartment near light rail

Nick was responsive to a little issues that came up. Thanks Clean, location worked for what we needed.

It'd be nice to have a place to put the suitcases up while I packed

Neighborhood is quiet and parking is easy and free. Has everything you need: laundry/iron; bath and feminine toiletries; kitchen amenities including microwave, fridge, toaster oven, hot plate, and kettle; as well as small items like white noise machine. Bed was super comfy. Able to check in pretty early.

Upstairs neighbor can be loud at night

Apartment is very nice, but be aware host is living on the property or close by.

Very clean, looks exactly the same as shown by pics, and all amenities you need were there. Great location and easy to go to downtown, stadium, and airport! Also the owner was really kind and helpful, he replied all of our questions quickly.(thank you again, Nick:)) Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay in Seattle, definable better than city hotel.

Don’t forget to bring slippers if you wanna take off your shoes while staying or don’t wanna walk with barefoot:)

I loved how small and quaint it was, especially for a quick one night getaway. There’s plenty of space in the room, I could see myself staying here for longer.

Parking was a bit difficult to find as it’s street parking and you can hear the neighbors around you. There is no stove top, but the fridge is big and you get a toaster & microwave.

Clean and had plenty of free parking.

Could hear everything the upstairs neighbors were doing and everything going on outside.
