"Great place if you prefer a quieter environment still close to all amenities the town has to offer"

We liked the fact that the place is small- 8-10 rooms. It is not directly in front of the beach but you can reach the local beach in 5 minutes walking distance. Alberto, the owner is always available to provide his valuable insights and recommendations for excursions/restaurants etc. Breakfast is included but you can also book dinner, which we can recommend highly.

It's is not directly related to the accommodation: If you count on swimming a lot in the sea, you have to be strategic about it as the difference between high and low tide is big in the area.

"it was a good stay"

- Pool: Very clean, well lit, very comfortable lounge areas - Location: Close to good restaurants, 3 mins walk from the beach, maybe 200-300 meters from main road (accessible by car, tuktuk, motorbike) - Staff: The owner and staff were great. The place is very clean

Breakfast options could be more diverse but they were alright. The cooling system is by fans (some may need consider this if they prefer AC)

Wonderful breakfast of tropical fruits and pancakes and coffee Suppers prepared to order with facility's chef Fantastic clean pool

Guests need to understand there is a facility chef at the villa who will prepare meals to order. Costs are very very reasonable. Eating out in the evenings is an option in European-style restaurants but location of villa such that you may prefer the home cooking !
