Buka je dosta velika iz susjednih apartmana jer ih je 6 na istom katu s zajedničkim hodnikom tako da je do kasno u noć buka.

Prvenstveno lokacija,zbog blizine bolnice.Čistoća i urednost sobe.

Samo sugestija vlasnici. Pregledati vodovodnu instalaciju u kupatilu.Nama nije posebno smetala buka u zidovima prilikom puštanja vode,ali možda hoće drugim stanarima u susjednom stanu.
