New apartment, considerate amenities

Bed not very comfortable, location was okay but not great, building was run down and smelled of cigarettes

The staff was helpful, hospitable, bot discrete. The space is cosy, well equipped, not to big, but arranged with good taste and appropriate materials. Ideal for young people, but also for people of mu age (66).

I can't remember anything not to like. And I am not known for low criteria.Good,

Location is situated near city center altough is right across heavy load railway terminal there was no noise from it. Room is small, no kitchen but has nice table and tea selection with electric kettle. It is a room like hotel room, clean and reasonably comfortable with tv and wi-fi althogh i haven't used it due to my own mobile connectiton. Very kind host.

Bathroom apliances - no towels, nor any washing liquid and it makes a wird sound when flushing the toilet. It IS perfectly clean! It is placed on the third floor (fourth as it has higher ground area) without elevator, so it is not for people with any problems for climbing that amount of stairs.

Clean room and lovely host. Everything as described. What we liked especially is that the entrance to the room is not shared or trough another apartment but trough building hallway.
