Spațiul mare cu 2 camere și bucătărie și poziția blocului mai departe de zgomotul circulației stradale, iar personalul a fost preocupat să fim mulțumiți.

Locatarii vecini au tulburat liniștea noaptea cu zgomote puternice, au trântit obiecte pe podea. De asemenea bateria de la chiuveta din baie mergea foarte, era aproape blocată. O problemă ar mai fi cu parcarea autoturismului personal dar s.a rezolvat.
