Just about everything was good . Couple of minor points regarding hot water and a bath plug, but the excellent staff sorted them immediately.

The property details said the apartment had a balcony or terrace but it had neither. The parking bay we were given was on the site complex but not that near to the apartment. Only 1 of the 2 lifts was working. The city view was of an old disused factory that was about to be demolished.

Comfortable and spacious apartment in the Siberia of a big city. It is a big building and we had difficulties finding our parking spot, but the staff was very helpful and kind.
