Excellent place. Amazing!

The owner and the others working there were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We live in Amman, and we bring our cat with us to Wadi Rum sometimes. They are pet friendly, and because the ac wasn’t on in our tent during the day, they even babysat our cat in their big main tent (with ac) while we went hiking and rock climbing in the desert! Highly recommend staying here.

Breakfast and dinner were not up to standard.

we really enjoyed our stay, diner was wooow with a tasty Bedouin experience. More than this we organised our Wadi Rum tour with the owner and we had the chance to have his very kind brother, he is a perfect driver. View from the room with very large window at the top

Everything was beautiful. Imad was a wonderful person. He was helpful with us and made everything easy for us during our stay. The rooms were very clean. The jeep tour was very nice and excellent. I highly recommend him.

I give 3/10 because; Relationship (-3 points) When I arrived last night, host offered me dinner, I agreed, but should’ve asked for the price before I arrived there. He told me this; “you booked with us very cheap for $12 a night, we can offer you dinner for $16 that’s like about $25-$30 which is still cheap do you agree?” I was like in my head, what the heck, I really didn’t like that scam. Plus if I knew that, I would’ve took dinner in town for like $3-$5. I really didn’t like he was counting my money and how I should spend it. AC (-1 point) AC was cutting in and out throughout the day. Tours (-3 points) I had booked with them 2 tours, 1st jeep the other camel ride. Jeep tour I booked with people, but they couldn’t find people and told me that they didn’t find anyone and now this tour turned into a private tour, and they told me to pay more. Camel ride, they totally blew this one out, it supposed to be at sunset and they told me that they couldn’t get in contact with the camel guys and created some funny story for themselves to get out of responsibility stating that camel rides are not working today. Where my other friend at wadi rum, said he had jeep ride on sun set and saw bunch of camel riders on camels and thought I was amongst them. So I was upset, and instead of finding solutions to solve this issue and provide alternative suggestions, they totally ignored my phone calls and massages. I wouldn’t recommend this place, these guys are lacking of management and professionalism.
