The process of getting into the property is clear and concise, with images to help - very useful. Cleanliness was superb and the apartment itself is gorgeous. Crockery & cutlery provided was all of good quality and clean. Location was good and easy to get to town quickly. Staff were friendly and useful with every question I asked, prior to getting to the apartment and during my stay.

Noise sensor was unfortunate. I was with a group of girls and we were sat around chatting & laughing in a civilised manner yet were were told to keep quiet on two different occasions, this was rather annoying as we weren't being excessively loud or careless, it should be expected to make more noise when there is 6 of us. There was also no zircon / temperature control. During summer this was hot, they did provide us with fans but the thermostat provided did not let us control the temperature and turn it down. No dishwasher, another difficulty for a larger party, would be fine for a smaller group!.
