The landlord wants to nickel and dime you for everything, I am surprised that they didn’t charge you for the air you were breathing

The loacation. Accessibility to SM Baguio, Burnham, Session Road, Cathedral, and Marketplace

The security guard is quite inconsiderate. They will treat you very cold. You can't even ask them for some help in case you need to go to CR while waiting for a check-in. They will not accomodate your request to leave you luggages in a safe or any corner when you arrived early. Instead, they will refer you to a foodhouse outside where you can leave your things with payment. (250 base fee for 3 hrs). Miss Alec did not coordinate with the cleaner properly that caused us to be checked-in late. She did not respond to my texts and waited for long before she answered my calls. We have no issues if they are strict, but they could have been more hospitable.

the unit smells bad. the microwave was uncleaned. the coffee cups were dirty. Found bedbug on the bed. No free parking. We were asked to pay 300 pesos for overnight motorcycle parking is 😫😫

I like how ma'am Alec and Jocy were very accommodating and also answered our queries instantly.

It wasn't that I didn't like but I think the room that we got were on the basement of the building which is for us that like a city lights view.

It is a short walk to church and sm baguio and it is near in business district of baguio
