Yes Surf Siargao

Best Staff imaginable, always trying to make sure everyone was comfortable!

Unfortunately The whole island lost electricity the first 2 weeks of my trip, but Yes Surf has Solar Power so they made sure we had fans thru the night and could charge our phones thru the day also...

The location is right across cloud 9, the staff were amazing and we were even able to check in early. The bed was wide and the room was big for the price. Set meal consists of either cornsilog or hotsilog which is good. The property also has a restaurant with reasonable prices and we were able to book a surfing session right on the property. We were also able to request new towels. You get what you paid for and more

There were some ants on our bed but it was easy to swipe them off. The shared bathroom are clean though the water pressure was slow which made taking a shower so hard. There were no hooks inside the room but we were able to hang our wet clothes outside.

The staff was ok and same with the other travelers.

Extremely loud music in the restaurant below. Even 4.30 am one of the nights. Even with ear plugs it was noicy. Every bed has a little fan attached to it, they are both noisy and made my bed shake from the vibrations of the fan from the visitor sleeping next to my bed. Very bad smell in the restaurant below (not in the room)

It's in front of cloud 9! You basically walk on the other side of street and that's it. Also nice pink colors at the reception area. We had some troubles with luggage, which was lost during the flight, and they helped us a lot with delivery.

Great breakfast included

Only one shower but that was only temporary.

What I like most about this hostel is its location, right at the entrance to Cloud 9. The area is not as crowded as the center of General Luna, which is great if you just want to relax. If you're in the mood for some nightlife, the center is less than 10 minutes away. The room is comfortable, and it’s cheap.

The property is so pretty and colourful, right opposite cloud nine beach as well so the location doesn’t get much closer. The staff were very accommodating and so very helpful to our needs, even allowed us to cook our own food with our very own little kitchen set up which I thought was very kind and thoughtful. The place was just what we needed for our last 2 days stay in siargao.

The air conditioning was a little too loud at times, needed to adjust it a few times before it stopped. However wasn’t a big issue to us as we only stayed 2 nights.
