Beach apartment Edem first floor

Emplacement topissime, à 20 mètres de la plage. 2 restaurants en bas de l'appartement où l'on mange bien pour des prix standards. Appartement avec tout le confort pour une famille de 5 personnes et surtout très très propre. Hôte très disponible et pleine de gentilles attention (eau fraiche dans le frigo et pack d'eau à disposition). Balcon avec vue sur la plage/mer et sur la montagne où se trouve l'ancienne théra. Bref, à conseiller pour visiter le sud de l'île où pour alterner plage et visites +++

The apartment was perfectly staffed with everything that's needed: for cooking, for washing, etc. The kids' room was perfect The owner left drinking water, which was very grateful

Towels were awful. The mattress was not really comfortable Also, besides the fact that it is not the owners fault, there was no electricity for the half of the day

Struttura vicinissima al mare, ben ventilata, letto matrimoniale comodo, dotata di balconcino all imgresso con una comoda fontana su di esso! Ben fornito di vari elettrodomestici, tra cui forno microonde, Asciugacapelli ,aspirapolvere, ferro stiro e tavolo stiro ,vari saponi per lavatrice e disinfettanti. Sale ,olio etc. buona connessione del wi fi. Check in anticipato di circa due ore è stato apprezzato!

Peccto perché l appartamento si trova proprio sopra la cucina di un ristorante ,con odori di cibo e spesso sacchi dell immondizia e acqua delle pulizie lasciati sulla strada vicino l ingresso!!! Il Bagno rispetto la struttura è un tantino piccolo. La tv lcd presente ma per i 6 giorni di permanenza non abbiamo mai avuto segnale né tantomeno sono venuti a controllare lo stesso nonostante avessi esposto il problema diverse volte. In fine le due brandine inserite nella cameretta con doghe sotto il materasso assenti!

We had an amazing time – truly the best location on the island! The beach was just a few steps away, and the bus stop right nearby made it so easy to get to Fira, the capital, and to connect with transfers. Romantic restaurants were right outside the property, making every evening special. Rena is very friendly, helpful, and always responded quickly whenever we had a question. The house itself is beautiful, very clean, and well equipped. The view from the terrace was absolutely stunning – I couldn’t believe it! The photos don’t do it justice. This was one of our best vacations ever!

Tutto ottimo! Posizione strategica a due passi dal mare. Pulito, dotato di tutto il necessario e oltre...host sempre disponibile e molto gentile! Consigliatissimo!

We were there *for the second year in a row* and we hope we will be there next year too. I think this is enough said :) For a family with 2 kids (2 years old and 4 years old) the location was perfect. We had there every facilities we needed (stove, washing machine, microwave oven, kitchenware). I know that for some people going to vacation means no cooking, no clothes washing... but when you are with a kid (or more :) ), to be able to do those is a huge benefit. Besides that the host (Rena) was very friendly and helpful!

I couldn't say there was something we didn't like; there were some minor issues that we addressed to the host and they were quickly resolved. Anyway, those were nothing that would have made our vacation less enjoyable.
