Cosy Cardiff Apartment and Patio

Location is 20mins walk to town.

Pull out bed is small. No parking. No response to texts asking about parking. Curtains don't cover the window where they're fitted. Window and door don't have curtains making 'spare room' very bright. Shower broken, not fixed to wall. Shower head broken and leaking out the back. Mould Iin bathroom and by front door.

No heating on, on arrival. Apartment was ice cold. Not enough bedding provided for four people. Paint chipped off walls. Shower was broken. Would not recommend.

Leaving

The apartment was disgustingly hairy on arrival. It looked like pet hair. The hair was in and on the bed, in the bath, and throughout the apartment. On the day of arrival we complained about this and sent photo evidence but the apartment was not cleaned until the next day, so we had to sleep in a bed full of pet hair. The next day cleaners were sent out but they only cleaned the areas we sent photos of (bed and bath) and the rest of the apartment remained unclean. One of the two single beds had broken springs so it was also a very uncomfortable stay. After many complaints the owners refused to refund even the £150 cleaning fee that we had paid to stay in a filthy apartment. Absolute scumbag con artist owners. Do not stay here.

Easy access. Fast check-in/check-out. Super clean. All necessities are provided in the apartment. Fast response. Super spacious.

Nothing much. Just that we wished there was broom provided so we can clean the floor since we stayed with a toddler. We did get a response but the broom never came.

The location

Essential and amenities never provide adequately for long stay (we stayed for 9 days. Provided for 4 nights used only). Kitchen equipments were so dirty. Heater not working during the stay. Only to fix after 2 days. Communication very slow.
