The apartment is on a few minutes driving location from the park and from the mall so it is quite OK. It is renovated and new and spacious enough.

Although the apartments is newly renovated, there was no TV in the living room which was very disappointing to not be able to watch a movie or a sports game after your kids are asleep. There is no dedicated parking spot, but we were able to find with 1 to 4 minute search, nearby. The kitchen was not quite equipped with cooking gear for longer term stays. Like there was not toaster or blender.
