The shower was nice and hot.

- Our room didn't have any towels or toilet paper - We were asked to leave the terrace so they could do a photoshoot of a model eating breakfast and drinking cocktails on the terrace - neither of these things are available to guests. - The breakfast was all cold food and watered down juices - The staff were completely disorganized in every aspect - The pool was a dirty small tub - To top it all off when we were checking out (at 3am for a tour) the receptionist claimed there was a coke and water missing from the mini bar. He made me go back to the room where I showed him that the coke and water were present but proceeded to take empty bottles (we'd bought in the shop) out of the bin and throw them on the bed in front of me

Friendly staff. Decent included breakfast. Room was comfortable. Not a bad location, a slight walk to centre.

One night the shower did not go hot. Other guests can be noisy as most rooms have windows that open into the corridors and so music and talking can be heard within the hotel. Pool is freezing and very small.

Luxury vibes and well setup room with large modern TV, quiet location. Good breakfast.

Swimming pool is a little smaller than it looks in the photos, but fine for a dip, just don't expect to be swimming lengths!
